Setting up for the first time?

Three steps, about five minutes:

  1. Install free. Download RDM for your platform and launch it — the Free edition needs no account and no license key.
  2. Connect a vault. Keep everything local, or link a shared workspace hosted in Devolutions Cloud (fully managed, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure) or Devolutions Server (self-hosted, on your own infrastructure). File-based vaults work too. Upgrading from Free to Team never requires a reinstall or a migration — same app, same data.
  3. Bring your connections in. Built-in importers move sessions and credentials over from popular connection managers and password managers — including KeePass, Bitwarden, 1Password and Keeper — in minutes, with no manual re-entry.

Then protect what matters: add granular role-based access, session recording, secrets management and audit trails as your team grows.
